WHAT WE'RE ABOUT: 

We will design a fitness routine specifically for you and work with you on every exercise and every minute to maximize effectiveness, giving you the incentive to exercise on a regular basis.  Through motivation and guidance we will continually set short and long term goals and fine tune your workouts to your changing needs.  We will also help you stay motivated to achieve a safe and balanced fitness program for the results you want.

At i.e. our philosophy of training always has the client in mind.  We feel that variety in training is the biggest key to the success of our clients.  That our clients are individuals with different needs, limitations, and desires, and we treat them as that: individuals.

 

From yoga inspired exercises to the hard core cross fit style (or maybe a little of both) we can accommodate any client...any time.
